What we collect

When you use the tour-request form, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, and — if you choose to provide them — your email address, a preferred call-back time, and a short message. When you call us, we keep normal call records so we can call you back. Our web server keeps standard technical logs.

Please don’t include medical details in the form. Those conversations belong with our team, in person or by phone.

What we do with it

We use your information for one purpose: responding to your inquiry — calling you back, answering questions, and scheduling a visit. That is the whole list.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your information — to anyone, for any reason.
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
This website does not set tracking cookies. Our visit counts are kept by our own system and are not shared with any advertising or analytics company.
Our staff sign in to a separate, private area to manage inquiries. When a member of our team signs in there, one strictly necessary cookie keeps them signed in for that session. It is not used for advertising, it does not follow anyone between websites, and nothing of the kind is set for visitors to this site.
We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to stay in touch, and you can stop them at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information only as long as it is useful for helping your family, and we delete it on request.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send requests to info@nvmemorycare.com or call (702) 805-5567. We will confirm your request and respond within 60 days.
